introduction

All of us have those times that get lost in spite of us, and often we can’t do anything only just wait, especially since most of us are alone at these time. No one is with us, but there is a wonderful friend improves your mood you can listen to him and gives you his time for free !!

It’s a podcast

With-Purpose-Podcast-Erin-Haslag-Katie-Dalebout

This is the main thing Lubna talk about it , her story with her successful podcast  .

Lubna has a charming voice that can attract you and influence you , I listened to her while I was went to university Since my house is about a hour away from the university .

Actually what I was thinking was true ,I thought she was a person who loved helping others and helping them to reach success as she could ,while she was talking I was very proud of her because she was a little girl and she was able overcome the difficulties of life .

During this hour Lubna talked about her life story from the zero and how she managed to reach her dream and develop her skills. I admit that I was very touched and inspired her story to continue the quest to reach my dream , She began to talk about her father’s support for her and how he was give her every Friday a book and ask her to read it and then he ask about what she has benefited from this book and I think that this was the basis for its success and what it is now, as they say “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”

She then talked about her beginning in writing articles in the newspapers and how everyone thought she was a writer with a high level of education while she was just 14 years old but reading books gives a person a mind and culture more than his age and this what she was doing and This is one of her articles in Al Jazeera newspaper  at 23/8/2010 it was before 8 years .

ممنن

You can read the full article here : http://www.al-jazirah.com/2010/20100823/ar7.htm

She also told us about how Dr. Ghazi al-Gosaibi inspired her when he was influenced by what she wrote in her articles and he asked to speak with her personally and he was at that time the minister of labor and he gave her advice saying:

“Before you write a page, read a hundred pages”

At that time I felt her feeling and happiness because I felt the same feelings and happiness when I met Prince Khalid bin Faisal and he was and still someone who inspire me a lot .

You can hear the whole story through this episode of Podcast

 Abjoura Podcast

Lubna talked about how she started to create her own podcast, And how she noticed the lack of a podcast in the Arab world She said “I did not expect the turnout from the Arab world but I was surprised when they were impressed with what they heard in the first episode and became eager for the next episode”

That’s what I liked about her personality and inspired me Because when you are the first and the leading in an area, it shows your confidence in yourself and the strength of your personality and how you look for the better for your community.

Through my previous listening to what she is offering in her podcast ‘Abjoura‘, I liked that she talks about social issues with a simple nature that can reach all people of different classes and cultures

We were surprised when she told us she was preparing for the episode for one week or more and how she read many books and articles and looked for information very carefully

This is what gave me a new lesson in my life “to present my best and to learn and study before every step I take

What made me feel more proud is that now all travelers can hear the podcast ‘Abjoura’ because Lubna cooperated to be presented by Emirates Airlines,I hope in the future that it will also be presented on Saudi Airways because it deserves the first support from its country .

Podcast Abjoura won the New Media Award and Lubna Al Khamis received a great reputation and was hosted on several important channels .

Here is a meeting with her through Al Arabiya channel

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MvHb-5s_KrA

What made me touch her love to educate herself and learn when she said that she traveled to Dubai to learn and developed her personality and she is now working in the office of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid .

When you imagine that a Saudi woman working in the office of all the employees in it are of UAE nationality, but Lubna managed to get her job with her skills only , It makes you feel pride.

So this effort what was she put it in Abjoura does not wasted

I liked when she asked us about our ambition so I did not know the answer and knew that there was a problem. Her question remained in my mind for three days and I was thinking about what is my ambition? and how I will draw the way to reach it?

Now, thanks to her, I know my ambition and how can I link it to my university major and not only that, I will develop myself by reading more books .

 Conclusion

I benefited very much from this meeting and I thought that Lubna would offer all of her experience and knowledge to the girls to inspire and help them

I felt excited and wished to see myself for the next five years ? What will I do? How will I raise the name of Saudi Arabia as she did? What prizes will I receive?

Some may says that these are just dreams, but Lubna told us to believe in ourselves and that the more you learn, the better you will be .

Travel to China in just a few seconds !!

introduction

Is this real ? Yes, don’t be surprised, this is true in our time today with the digital world with a click of a button you can reach the opposite world.

As communication and information travel faster and faster, the world seems to get smaller and smaller. As a result, this changes how the world communicates, especially with today’s obsession with digital world.

Before digital world Especially social media, we were extremely limited in our means to interact with others and we were limited largely to the people that we knew in-person.

The digital media has drastically changed the way people all over the world interact and communicate.

Social media is a computer-based technology that facilitates the sharing of ideas and information and the building of virtual networks and communities.

To me , the social media helped me a lot. I met friends from around the world, I spread my thoughts and some knowledge to others, and I helped some. Yes, I was bullied and ended up with ignoring and self-confidence.

How social media helped people and saved their lives !!

Yes, this is true and I will tell you these stories in which the means of social media were the savior

The President of Turkey delivers an important speech to the people through “face time”!!

At 2016 , When the military officers who attempted to topple Turkey’s government swung into action they picked the usual targets — state-run television, But President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, during the hours his whereabouts were unknown as chaos reigned on the streets of Istanbul, he took to FaceTime to reach a television presenter and send his first message to the nation.

This video was for the news bulletin at the time:

“We will overcome this,” Mr Erdogan told the CNN Turk anchor. He then tweeted to his 8.6m followers, posted on his Facebook page, and his aides turned to WhatsApp to keep in touch with each other as they sought to wrest back control of the situation.

For me, I was very surprised how social media became used for political purposes and succeeded in doing so effectively

Saroo Brierley: The real life search behind the film Lion How he found his family after 26 years using google Earth

Perhaps most of us have seen the wonderful film ‘Lion’ who is based on the true story of Saroo Brierley who, at the age of 5, was seperated from his family in India as he fell asleep on a train and woke up 1500 kilometers away from home. Saroo was later adopted by an australian couple and after 26 years, he began searching for his indian family.Cq3vf5OW8AAiLnK

One night, Saroo is on Google Earth looking at all the places inside the giant circle he’s pinpointed as his possible village. He then starts spanning outside of the circle, He scans across the map and sees a river that he used to swim in. Then he sees the train station with a water tower behind it. This leads him to the village that he used to run home to every night. It is a suburb called Ganesh Talai. He was mispronouncing it as a child calling it Ganestalay but it confirms that he’s found the right spot.

Saroo travels to Ganesh Talai in hopes of finding his mother, sister, and brother, even though its been 26 years since he knows they last resided there.

He succeeded in reaching them after this time through the Google Earth ، This video when he met his mother for me was a beautiful moment in the whole story

If you did not see the movie I advise you to watch it ,for me it was influential and the best films I have seen

Social media killing people !!

These social media suicide stories must awaken us to the need to stop bullying. You see, bullying doesn’t just take place in school or at any physical place.

Unfortunately, there is what is known as cyber bullying. Although this happens with just the computer monitor or a device in front, it is as cruel as any other type of bullying. Some may say that this is not even serious, but cyber bullying can damage a person emotionally and mentally for a long time. What is even worse is that, this can result to suicide

“Not all forms of abuse leave bruises.”

-Ellen DeGeneres

Ask.fm killed Hannah Smith!SAogVEPF

A 14-year old girl was found hanged in her bedroom after receiving hate messages on her ask.fm page where they told her to cut herself, drink bleach, and kill herself. In this social media platform, the users are allowed to ask questions while remaining anonymous. Although some of the bullies were identified and some even revealed themselves to say sorry, the teenager already took her own life because of cyber bullying.

Conclusion

Social media is a good thing or a bad thing?

That is the most frequently asked question today. Well, there are always two sides of everything; it depends on your perspective on how you perceive it. The same goes for social media, most people admire it as a revolutionary invention and some seem to take it as a negative impact on the society.

Be a millionaire with Vision 2030 !!

240_F_167364711_ImR6XeNflpZeFoTUoqLeAhiY0lFdbPBk

Many of us are interested in becoming millionaires. However, that goal sometimes seems rather far away. You don’t have to be born rich, or inherit a fortune, to become a millionaire. If you have the right stuff, you can work your way into your millions . One of these methods in my view the most successful and guaranteed is to become a entrepreneur !! Especially in the economic freedom of Saudi Arabia under the vision of 2030 .

First of all, what does it mean to be a entrepreneur and is it limited to certain people?

Entrepreneurs are people with vision who recognize and pursue opportunity, create and establish business or new ventures, take into account the risk involved, have control over the present and future and have the flexibility to change and adapt with the changing times.

Entrepreneurship is the process of creating value by bringing together a unique package of resources to exploit an opportunity.

Entrepreneurship is an important contributor to any economic system . Today, entrepreneurs are a true source of support for their economies.

We believe that the world in 2030 will be significantly different from our world today a world dominated by smart technology, the proliferation of renewable energy consumption, a diversified economy and a society dominated by an innovative and entrepreneur culture and the Vision 2030 plans capture this reality and align with our vision and strategy.I believe that the Investing in the future of young Saudi to drive these societal changes is paramount .

What Vision 2030 has brought to entrepreneurship !!!

DCVBNM,

Significant economic impact

The Kingdom launched Vision 2030, including special messages for entrepreneurs, as the next economic power, utilizing their potential and supporting their projects. The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises was established; today, it is working quickly to review regulations, remove barriers, facilitating access to finance, helping entrepreneurs to market their ideas and products, through which entrepreneurs can learn skills, and where innovation is encouraged and nurtured.

Providing opportunities for all

The Vision 2030 focused on providing opportunities for all through an educational system linked to the needs of the labor market. It also set a strategic objective to increase the contribution of SMEs in the overall national economy from 20% to 35% and to reduce the unemployment rate from 11.6% to 7%.

Creating jobs

The Kingdom aims to create qualified jobs for citizens by supporting entrepreneurship, helping entrepreneurs succeed by developing better regulations and regulations, easier financing, greater share of local procurement and government firms .

Pioneering solutions

(Mnashat) launched the Entrepreneurship Challenge initiative to find pioneering solutions to existing social problems. The award is to host five winning ideas for a year in the Social Entrepreneurship Program. The winner will receive specialized consultancy and training for one year, monthly salary for one year.

The initiative covers areas: renewable energy, environment, unemployment, poverty challenge, education and others.

I am very proud and happy with Saudi women who have had a clear impact on entrepreneurship. One of these Entrepreneurs women is Dr. Hayat Sindi  is a Saudi Arabian medical scientist and one of the first female members of the Consultative Assembly of Saudi Arabia. She is famous for making major contributions to point-of-care medical testing and biotechnology. She was ranked by Arabian Business as the 19th most influential Arab in the world and the ninth most influential Arab woman.

Here are some tips to help you become a successful entrepreneur to achieve your dreams !!

Be Innovative

Although there are people out there who believe that there is no room for new ideas nowadays, we can guarantee that there is always room for improvement. You can find truly innovating ideas if you are persistent, even when things seem to be stale.

Stay True to Your Ideas

Even if an idea might seem like it is not going to work. Even if an idea might seem abundant in the beginning. Do not abandon that idea. Work on it. Try to see every aspect of it. There is innovation somewhere in there. You just need to find it.

Let the Energy Flow

Work creates energy. If you feel like you are slowing down, that is when you have to push harder. You are in the zone. This is the time to be more energetic than ever. Work on your idea and make it perfect.

Finally,,  Remember whatever  the mind of man can conceive and believe , the mind of man can achieve . the person determined to attain success starts where he stands, making the best of whatever tools he has and acquiring whatever else he needs along the way . start from wherever you stand today .
